Education & Profession In 1999, I decided that I wanted to experience a drastically different culture, so I left the Middle East and came to Blacksburg Virginia and enrolled at Virginia Tech as a Mechanical Engineer. I lived in Blacksburg, VA from 1999-2004 during which I completed two degrees and established my own business which I still own and run to this day.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2002.
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2004.
I am currently pursuing an MBA from IUPUC with an expected graduation in 2010.

Family Members I am single with no children. I have three brothers, one who is older and two who are younger. My eldest brother is a Civil Engineer, my younger brother is a Graphic Designer and a free lancer and the youngest brother is currently enrolled at the University of Indianapolis and is studying Business - Advertising.

Childhood Years & Schooling I lived my entire childhood and teenage years in Dubai, UAE where I attended an International High School where not only did I have to take American Standard Examinations (TOEFEL, SAT ect) but also had to take the English Standard Examinations (GCE, GCSE etc).
What do you enjoy about living in Columbus? I then moved to Columbus, IN in August 2004 where I have been here since then. I have been to many countries around the world and some of which are: Switzerland, France, Germany, Lebanon, Syria, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UK, Indonesia, Russia and Thailand.

I just recently became a proud Permanent Resident of the United States of America. I speak three languages fluently: English, French and Arabic.
